Trial Presentation Preparation

As you prepare for trial presentation, your PD Trial Services Consultant can advise your team of best practices for preparing and exchanging exhibits, including programmatically endorsing exhibits with case and exhibit numbers; and, once finalized, your PD Consultant will populate and code the trial exhibit database.

Your PD Consultant will continue to update the database — replacing, redacting, removing and marking admitted exhibits throughout trial to ensure the proper versions of exhibits are available in court.

Prior to and during trial, as well as evening preparations, PD Trial Services Consultants can do “live” run-throughs of openings, closings, directs, and anticipated crosses with attorneys and witnesses, using PowerPoint and the trial exhibit database. During preparations, your PD Consultant can offer anecdotal observations and fresh “juror” perspectives.
