Anne Caldwell

I’m passionate about technology and its ability to drive innovation. Before joining Planet Depos, I spent many years in online marketing, starting in the early days of the internet. I spent more than 16 years in the broadcast media industry, where I specialized in customer sales and integration through both traditional radio and digital channels. After my time with CBS Radio, I transitioned to FindLaw and Super Lawyers (a Thomson Reuters business) for five years, where I developed tailored marketing solutions for attorneys and law firms across Northern California.

When I chose to join Planet Depos, I was confident that my clients would receive top-tier deposition and legal services — services they couldn’t find anywhere else. With a dedication to exceptional service and innovative technology, I’m excited to be a part of the Planet Depos team.

A Little More About Me: I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, so you could say I’m a Californian at heart. Whether I’m bike riding through Napa, hiking Marin Headlands, or enjoying a classic hot dog at a Giants game, I love the vibrant energy of this region. I earned my degree in international relations and intercultural communications from Sacramento State University. My passion for other cultures led me to teach English in Thailand one summer — a life-changing experience that emphasized the importance of building trust and lasting relationships. I’ve also traveled extensively through Europe, where I fell in love with the people, food, and culture of Portugal and Italy. If you haven’t visited yet, I highly recommend both!

I’m also deeply committed to the environment and community service. I’m proud to serve on the board of the United Nations Association, Marin Chapter, where I work to advance the UN’s global goals, particularly in the areas of Zero Hunger and Wildlife Conservation.

In addition to my professional interests, I’m an avid cook, enjoy horseback riding, and love hiking with my silly lab, Cooper. When I’m looking to unwind, you’ll often find me relaxing in my hammock with a good book.
